Overview
Growth system is a visualization tool of Luko's growth framework. To understand how this app works, it's necessary to know Luko growth framework first.
Luko growth framework, devised by Luko's VP Engineer Anton Gochev, is a system internally used in my company to help engineers measure themselves and encourage to grow their capabilities.
To put it simply, this system has four tracks(Engineering, Execution, Supporting, Strengthening). Each track contains several specializations that an engineer must have. Each specialized field has a total of 5 milestones, and each time the corresponding milestone is achieved, you obtain certain points. The more points you earned, the higher the level / title you get. All Luko engineers set their own target milestones and check the achievement progress during evaluation season.
This web app is that I personally started making to make the Mapping myself - Set goal - Evaluation process much more manageable.
